Everyone got up on the wall for a handstand, several are advancing to 10+ HSPU. As you practice this movement, it is important to be aware of making your core "hollow", and contract every muscle from calves to wrists. Great work people.

Great scores for that benchmark WOD people, you did great! Better than expected actually. We had 11 in a CrossFit class for the first time, a little tight, but that was pretty cool.
I may be in the X room at 5:30am Friday morning to do the Friday WOD if you would like to join me.
Great to have the new faces in class this month, it's fun to see progression already and willingness to learn.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
