Things are getting cold outside, come on in and warm-up with us!
We do the "official CrossFit warm-up" every day and then get on with the workout.
It's metabolic conditioning (like Monday's row intervals).
It's weight lifting (like Tuesdays bench press and Wednesday's Olympic lifts).
It's gymnastics (like Thursdays pull-ups and Friday's handstands).
We teach you to do the hardest things in the gym and to do them well.
This is old-school CrossFit in a carefully-coached small group.
Another week of workouts in the bank. Lots of solid training sessions. If you need a new challenge, take a look at the CrossFit Challenges on Wednesday. Only one person showed up to test herself on these, but you can do them on your own time. I'm working to build that 7am class up again, so if you know anyone who wants to workout at 7, please let me know.

The highlight for me was the "CrossFit Triathlon" on Friday. That's just a great workout that shows CrossFit at it's best: short, intense, varied, and REAL movement.
Thanksgiving is a 1-day holiday that takes over two weeks of your life. That seemed to be the case around here, anyway. On top of that, I had a scratched cornea and had to cancel classes two days in a row. This made for a pretty slow week last week. I'm hoping to see everyone back in class this week and I will be here every day. If you want, you can make up some of these missed workouts from last week.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
