Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
I hope you all had a great holiday. Hopefully you stayed active on Thanksgiving with a game of backyard football or a jog or something, and didn't go too crazy with the food. The morning crowd didn't get to WOD on Thursday, but I know some of you did the Friday WOD to make up for it.
Wednesday's WOD on 11/26/2014 was a 15-minute EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute) of 3 back squats, increasing the weight every minute. The score is the highest weight achieved for a set of 3.
The over-achievers on Friday the 28th did "Cindy", a classic CrossFit Girl WOD. Cindy is a 20-minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) of 5 pull-ups, 10 pushups, and 15 squats. The goal here is to get a score of 20 rounds or more, so you know you're ready for harder workouts like "Chelsea".
It's great to see everyone's dedication carry right through the holiday season.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
