What are Fridays going to look like this month? Ever since we started Friday workouts in April, they have been long, brutal WODs designed to test your endurance. This month, we're introducing a little twist. All the Friday workouts this month will be shorter, named WODs, but they will be immediately followed by a timed strength test. This assesses not only your strength, but also your ability to perform under duress immediately following a challenging high-intensity piece. Today's pilot project: Fran, followed immediately by a ten-minute test of your 5RM Bench Press. We saw some great Fran times and some excellent lifting efforts, the highlight probably being Rich's 5:37 Fran followed by 135lb. bench set of 5. Nice work Rich! Write those in your WODbook!

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
