Monday was a classic CrossFit couplet of hang power clean & jerks with double-unders. This is the kind of thing you might see at a competition, or in the 2016 CrossFit Open. So, if you found you had a weakness here, that should be a sign that you need more skill development either in Olympic weightlifting or gymnastics. It might be as simple as buying your own jump rope and practicing double-unders more often, or you might have mobility issues in your hips or shoulders that are preventing you from moving efficiently. Either way, talk to Jeff and I about what you need to work on and we'll give you sound training recommendations.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
