Monday marked the beginning of a new month, and therefore the beginning of a new strength-training cycle. More than just strength, there's also a lot of skill involved in performing the Olympic lifts. In March, we'll train the Snatch using Snatch Pulls, Hang Power Snatches, Snatch Balances, and Overhead Squats. When you put all four of those movements together, you should all be able to Snatch better than ever before.
Monday was also the day to test the previous month's work on Clean & Jerks. We tested your performance with a strict C&J incorporating a "squat clean" and a split jerk. I have to say I was quite impressed with how far everyone came this month. Great work team!

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
