Can I take a second to talk about GAINS? Specifically, the massive strength gains everyone is getting in our CrossFit program. Today, Mike took his shoulder press from a 1-rep max of 150 to 3 reps at 160lbs.! He also put up 165 for 2. And that's only in a couple of months. People work very hard to get those kind of gains, and we're producing them everyday at CrossFit RHC.
Gains don't just show themselves as heavier lifts (which we saw a lot of this week), but also as faster times on MetCon benchmarks, like today's 1 mile run. In order to accurately gauge progress, it's important to reliably test benchmarks. Use the same test under the same conditions, while applying the same movement standards. This is a true assessment of your development through the training program. If you're focused on performance and fitness, faster WOD times and higher scores on AMRAPs are just as important as bigger lifts.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
