Take a look at all the great MetCon benchmarks we attempted in the past two months! Today's "Annie" (and tomorrow's "Angie") brings the total to 6 girl WODs. On top of that, we've tested 7 single-modality benchmarks from the 25m swim to the 1000m row. These are your measures of work capacity over varying lengths of time, with differing types of work and load. This is good information to record in your CrossFit Workout Journal. These will soon be erased from the board and replaced with other benchmarks, but if you record your score somewhere you'll be able to tell if your Annie time has improved when you try it again in 6 months or a year's time.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
