New goals have started to go up on the board. This time, we're asking everyone to put a timeline on their goal. When the end of July rolls around, we'll check in with the people who set that as their goal date. If you still haven't got your handstand push-up (for example), we'll ask you to revise that goal to something a bit simpler that gets you on your way to that larger goal. Until then, you're homework is to work on handstand push-ups everyday (or muscle-ups or rowing, etc.) Anneliese has already accomplished one goal this month and put another on the board. That's a perfect example of successful progression: crawl before you walk before you run.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
