The "Flight Simulator" returns with a vengeance, along with the Official CrossFit Warm-Up. Flight Simulator is an excellent workout for Double-under development. The lesson here: focus. You probably aren't going to improve your gymnastic skills with a few minutes of work here and there (whether it be double-unders, handstands, muscle-ups or what have you). You'll need to focus longer chunks of time on developing those skills. Our WODbook is a great place to record your efforts in order to track your progress in the future.
The CrossFit Warm-Up is really just a great warm-up that I've been using for 13 years. Coach Greg Glassman explains it very well here in his CrossFit Journal article "A Better Warm-Up".

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
