Note the differences between Tuesday's workout and today's. Both involved short 3-4 minute AMRAPs, but the perceived effort and intensity was quite different. On Tuesday, we ran through a total of six 3-minute AMRAPs, with only 2 minutes of rest between them. In that case, the pace had to be more aerobic (think slow and steady). Today's workout, however, lasted only 4 minutes with a long 12-16 minute rest in between attempts. In anticipation of that long rest, people went after the 4-minute workout much more aggressively than Tuesday's. The intensity of that effort produced a different kind of feeling as different cellular fuel systems were utilized. And, when adequate rest was given, most people were able to increase their score with an even harder effort the second time around.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
