This was a test day. We're used to doing test days with 8-rep, 5-rep, 3-rep, or 1-rep max lifts. We're used to doing test days with benchmark workouts like Girls, Heroes, or standard run distances. Today was different because today was a gymnastic test day, not for endurance or speed or strength, but for tests of skill. These are benchmarks of a different nature. Can you do a pull-up? If so, how strict and heavy can you go? What about a muscle-up? How far and how well can you climb the rope? Finally, how long can you hang from the bar with your legs in an "L" position? Record your results today and come back to these tests frequently to track your progress.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
