Here's a workout that everyone loves to hate. Wall ball, box jumps, and burpees; nobody's favorite movements. This was a test of your anaerobic power and ability to move fast in a short period with lactic acid burning in your muscles.
We also tested 8-rep maxes on pull-ups and shoulder presses. An 8-rep max pull-up for some people is simply doing 8 perfect, strict pull-ups. Others may need to modify the movement with some form of assistance in order to reach 8 reps, while there are those who need to grab a weight belt to make the 8 reps more challenging. This shows that we can treat the pull-up just like a heavy lift when we're strength training.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
