Today we gave you an empty barbell for 10 minutes of thrusters. Ouch. This is really all about learning to do long, unbroken sets, and then minimize the rest when you have to break. As you fatigue, efficiency of technique becomes more and more important. By the end, you're popping that weight up with hip speed because your arms really don't have anything left. Sweet.
Continuing our strength tests, we went to an 8-rep max deadlift and weighted sit-up. I know the weighted sit-up is a new thing for you guys, but we'll give another chance to play with it when we get to the 5-rep maxes in about a month.

-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
