Each 5-minute round today began with a 400m run, followed by AMRAP box jumps and wall ball in sets of 10 each. Rest got longer after each round, in the hopes that you'd sustain or increase your scores.
In a way, this is a pretty good predictor of how you'll do on "Kelly". Remember "Kelly" was 5 rounds of 400m run, 30 box jumps, and 30 wall ball. So, if you were able to score above 50 today, then you should have no problem finishing all 5 rounds of Kelly around 30 minutes, even as your pace slows down from fatigue. If your scores were in the 20s, 30s, or 40s, you'd probably be looking at a Kelly time closer to 45 minutes.

-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
