Here's something you'll probably see in this year's Open: an AMRAP with so many reps that you can't even get through one round. Wednesday's WOD was one of those.
Every rep counts with these workouts. Take this one, "13.3", for example. A lot of people will struggle to finish the 150 Wall Ball in that time, so getting ANY of the double-unders done puts you ahead of them. Then, out of those who finish the Wall Ball, some are going to suck at double-unders and will spend the remainder of the time struggling with those. That was me in 2013. If you manage to finish the double-unders with time to spare, your next edge will come from muscle-up proficiency. All I wanted to do this time around was at least ONE muscle-up. Other people got their double-unders done faster than I did, but three legit muscle-ups put me at the top.

-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
