"Death By" is a game that everyone loses eventually. We just try to get as efficient as we can, tolerate the burn, and push for that next minute of even-harder work. By making it through 16 minutes of this game, Sam did a total of 136 reps of wall ball (not counting however many he did in the 17th minute). Carla lasted two full minutes longer to rack-up a total of 171+ wall ball. But Paul blew them both away by making it through 23 minutes. At that point, every additional minute means a lot more work. He ended up with at least 276 reps done at the end of the game!

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
