The Bear Complex. 5 rounds, each round consisting of 7 "reps" of a barbell complex that contains 5 individual lifts. That means you're doing 35 barbell lifts without letting go of the bar each round, for a total of 175 total lifts in the whole workout. Do that with even just an empty men's bar and you'll move a grand total of 7,875 pounds in this workout! Put a little weight on the bar and you'll easily lift more than 5 tons in the course of the Bear Complex WOD. You have to be pretty strong to handle it, and possess good technique on each of the lifts in order to efficiently make it through all that work. To say the least, I was very impressed by everyone today.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
