The Snatch is one of the most difficult skills to master, and it is--understandably--one of the weakest skills for most of our group. This month, and for the next several months, I'd like to focus more attention on the Snatch. We're starting with low weight, high rep technique practice and drills such as today's Tabata Hang Power Snatch. We'll also spend a lot of time this month on the Kettlebell Snatch, which is a great way to develop the "wave" of contractions used in the Snatch, where every body part from the ankles to the wrists get involved in pulling the weight off the ground and catching it overhead in one seamless movement.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
