A lot of heavy lifting happened today. First we set 5-rep maxes on the Deadlift and Shoulder Press, then we did Diane (another heavy deadlift & pressing workout). On a day like today, you might not be able to give both the strength workout and the MetCon workout your full 100%. So, how do you decide which one to prioritize? I say you should put strength first. There will be other days to tackle Diane.
Look at Rich for example, his workout score reads, "Rich was here and he had fun." So what did he do on Diane? He did some of it, but didn't finish it because it didn't feel good to him, and that's alright. We need to make these judgments in order to keep ourselves safe and injury-free. On the other hand, he set new PRs with a set of 5 deadlifts at 265lbs. and a set of 5 shoulder presses at 95lbs. Was his day a failure? Absolutely not.

-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
