The program we write up on the chalkboard is intended as a 7-days-a-week "general preparedness program". With a balance of strength-training, metabolic conditioning, and skill development, it is designed to create a broad, general, and inclusive fitness. In other words: you will get better at everything.
So, the idea is that you will come in on your own outside of class time--or if you missed your class--and do the workouts by yourself or with friends. Of course, you have to follow intelligent training principles. Know when you need to put more weight on the bar to get stronger, or when you need to take it down to move fast in the WOD. Know when you need to change a movement to keep yourself safe. Know when you need to take a rest day, or when you need to do extra work on something you're trying to achieve.
If you don't know how to do these things, come to class and we'll teach you. In fact, you'll get a lot more than just knowledge from our classes. You'll get motivation, camaraderie, and outside accountability. If you aren't coming to class yet, you will benefit greatly from 2 days per week. If you already come to class 2 days a week, you'll get a lot more out of the 4-day package. And you will all gain from following our weekend homework.

CrossFit RHC is a small group personal training class that optimizes fitness by using varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Using a combination of barbell training, bodyweight gymnastics, and cardio, CrossFit prepares you for any physical contingency known and unknown.

Our CrossFit instructors can conduct personal training in the X-Studio just like any of our other Personal Trainers, but they are qualified specifically to help out with CrossFit skills, such as:
-Improving weightlifting technique (Clean, Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press)
-Developing gymnastic progressions (such as muscle-ups & handstand push-ups)
-Improving WOD scores & times
Prices are the same as Personal Training, starting at $65/hr, with lower hourly prices when purchased in larger packages or as monthly recurring services, conveniently auto-billed to their club account.
