Sign-up for our monthly DIY programs $200/month includes your personal workout program as well as two 1-hour sessions with a personal trainer each month.
For only $250, the DIY Program includes:
A 1-hour “design” session to plan the program with your trainer, discussing what goals you want to achieve, what kind of workouts you want to do, and what days and times you want to exercise
3 hours for your trainer to create the program using their extensive knowledge of exercise science and health and fitness principles
A 1-hour “delivery” session when your trainer will present your exercise program to you and teach you how to follow it
6 weeks of individually-designed workouts for you to do on your own
Your personal trainer works with you as an individual, assessing your needs, helping you develop realistic goals, and guiding you along the path to long-term progress. With our DIY Programs, you get the expertise of a trainer on your own schedule, without the 1-on-1 appointments. When you purchase a DIY program, your personal trainer designs you a 6-week workout plan based around your exercise goals, your physiological needs, and your personal schedule. This individualized workout program is yours to keep. When you complete the program, you can choose to repeat it, or return to your trainer for a new 6-week block of programming.
