Barre is a high energy, fat burning class combining exercise techniques from the worlds of ballet, yoga and pilates.

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Group Blast gets you your cardio fix with 60 minutes of step training. Improve your fitness, agility, balance and strength with athletic exercises that utilize the step in dynamic ways! The exciting music and group experience will get your heart pounding and the sweat pouring!
Train like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. Gain a strong core, from your shoulders to your hips! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform - all to challenge you like never before.
All cardio classes are set to great music and utilize the step and floor to increase heart rate and achieve cardiovascular benefits. Participants can adjust their workout to fit their own intensity level based on individual needs.
Strength class involves cross-training principles, weight lifting, stretching with some basic yoga poses, light cardio and lifting. Ab work is also done between lifting sets. Best of all it’s fun and exciting with new moves all the time.
Yoga classes are offered at varying levels, creating a workout that everyone will enjoy. Yoga is designed to balance the body and mind with a series of stretches and poses to help enhance overall strength and flexibility.
Mat Pilates targets muscles that support core strength and good posture. These exercises include muscles of the abdominal area, back, shoulders and pelvic floor. The focus of Pilates training is to develop a strong and flexible body that moves with ease and grace.

Tai Chi is a gentle and graceful form of exercise that is used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. This class utilizes natural movements using relaxation and breathing to generate health, longevity and internal strength and power.
MIXXEDFIT® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a perfect blend of explosive dancing and bootcamp inspired toning. Everything about this dance fitness program can be described as explosive - all of the movements are always big, exaggerated and full-out.
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
