*Sedro-Woolley Club Class Cancellation Policy. Please note that it is necessary to maintain a minimum of 6 participants for classes to continue. Classes that consistently have less than 6 participants may be cancelled, with advance notice, at the discretion of the Head of the Department. Class Descriptions
Core Cardio Complete
Cardio Core Complete is a total strength workout targeting every major muscle group followed by cardio and core sets.
This class is a high intensity workout set to upbeat music and can be modified for any fitness level.

Body Complete
Body Complete burns calories, builds strength and increases endurance with cardio and body sculpting intervals.
RIP
RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.
Yoga
Yoga classes are offered at varying levels, creating a workout that everyone will enjoy. Yoga is designed to balance the body and mind with a series of stretches and poses to help enhance overall strength and flexibility.
Strength Intensive
Gain strength with this intense full body workout. Strengthen all major muscle groups through basic athletic movements, upbeat music and motivational instruction. All levels are welcome. Join in and discover your own strength!
Battle
Battle is an exhilarating total body workout where a fusion of martial arts meets chart-topping music. Lace up and be prepared to kick fat cells in the gut and knockout stress while gaining strength, flexibility and heart-lung function.

Power Step is a 60-minute step program designed to push your cardio edge into high gear and attack the legs in every
plane of motion, both on the step and on the floor. Power Step strengthens the heart, improves coordination and tones the
