This month we are launching HIIT with personal trainer, CJ! This class is INCLUDED In your membership! HIIT will take place on Wednesdays and Fridays at 5 am! HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 9 am BARRE will be moving a half an hour back to 9:30 am. LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE!
OCTOBER Tues/Thurs @ 7 am or Tues/Thurs @ 6:30 pm This class will be useful to beginners who want to improve general fitness as well as people who are somewhat experienced with kettlebells and want to learn more exercises, especially the techniques of KB sport. Kettlebells are excellent tools for developing strength, stability, and coordination. Use them for muscle stamina and cardiovascular endurance as well as speed & power development.
