Tabata essentials: 6 Sets! - Each set will consist of eight 20-Second Work Segments, alternated with eight 10-Second Rest Segments Total, including the 10 second breaks, each set will be four minutes. If you take a 60 second break in between each set, this workout will take 29 Minutes. Try not to rest for any longer than 60 seconds between rounds.
