Name
Sara Wohlgemuth Job Titles Group Fitness Supervisor, Group Fitness instructor, Riverside Extreme Instructor About Born and raised in Anacortes Washington and moved to Mount Vernon in 2008. Loved sports and fitness all my life playing basketball and many other sports growing up- my love for group fitness started in my early teenage years when I began attending classes with my Mom. I now use my love for sports to coach my own children teams and kids from our community. Work Philosophy My Philosophy on health and fitness is teaching people to use moderation in their diet and find an exercise routine that motivates them to come back for more. I believe in finding something you love so you will continue on that path of fitness and not dread the routine. Keeping the workouts varying and changing is key to keep you on your toes and having fun while working hard. SHE LOST TWO OF HER CHILDREN, BUT SHE'S TURNING HER PAIN INTO PURPOSE. This has been one of our favorite things this holiday! For 25 days, we are committed to going LIVE on Facebook to show you some tips and tricks that will enrich your fitness experience. So far, we have had a HIIT workout from Rachel Wright, a "how to" set up your stationary bike from Peter Donovan, tips for eating well and still loving your food through the holidays from Rachel Griess, a sneak peek at our singing water arthritis class with Denise Hollister and a window into the FREE coaching sessions that you get as a member from Abbey Tebb! Head over to our Facebook Page to re-watch the videos we’ve already shot and to catch all the LIVE feeds from here until Christmas. Thank you to all of our amazing staff participating in these videos! We love you and all that you do for our members and guests! Merry Christmas, Riverside Health Club |
