Here’s a recipe for Zesty Green Beans:

Zesty Green Beans
Makes 6 servings--¾ cup each
1. Wash beans, leave whole or break in half.
2. Heat oil in skillet, add green beans and lightly saute about 5 minutes.
3. Add orange juice, agave and stir to combine and lightly coat beans, then add orange zest, salt and pepper and serve.
1 lb. fresh green beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar
1 tablespoon zest from orange
Freshly ground pepper and sea salt to taste
