So can you explain how this workout goes? Do you do the top exercises the first 3 weeks and the next set the last 3 weeks? Or do you mix and match?
Great question! We've posted two 6 week workouts based on what you're looking to do, tone up or bulk up. They are designed to do in order for six weeks straight. Just follow the boxes marking what week you're in to find out what weight you should be working with and how many reps you should be completing. Then, go down the list of machines! If you want a printed out version we can grab one for you! Come see us at Customer Service!
