Ingredients: ½ cup almond butter 1 ripe banana ¼ cup maple syrup 1 egg ¼ cup dark coco powder ½ tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp baking soda 1 medium zucchini ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor, not including zucchini or chocolate chips. Blend on low for 10 seconds. Once mixture is smooth, pour into medium sized bowl. Shred zucchini and remove excess liquid with cheese cloth or towel. Add the zucchini and chocolate chips to mixture and stir together. Pour batter into greased square pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Enjoy this tasty, yet healthy, Valentines treat!
