Afternoon Energy Blast This moderately-paced, aerobic class emphasizes stretching, strengthening and toning the muscles of the upper and lower body through the use of buoys and noodles in shallow water. Come join this lively and dedicated group Water Walking Research says 1/2 hour of water walking equals 2 hours of land walking with less stress on the body! If you’d like help putting together a personalized water walking routine, contact the personal training department. Hydromania A varied, high energy class that emphasizes overall conditioning. Includes power moves for upper & lower body, and cardio training. A great cross-training option! Arthritis Class A gentle class that takes all the major joints through their various ranges of motion, to help keep them moving and healthy. This class is beneficial for those with physical limitations or arthritis. |

Great for athletes in rehab. With the assistance of buoyancy belts and the use of interval work, your aerobic conditioning and strength will soar. Private & Semi Private Swim Lessons RHC swim lessons are for all ages. Private & Semi-Private swim lessons may be scheduled year round. Water Babies Advanced A swim class for parents with children ages 18-36 months. Designed for the older toddler. One child per adult Water Babies A swim class designed for parents with children 6 months to 3 years. Provides water adjustment and fun activities with songs. One child per adult.
