ABOUT ME
I was born in BC, Canada and grew up on beautiful Orcas Island. As someone raised in a small community, the atmosphere here at Riverside feels like home to me. Growing up, I played basketball, volleyball, track and field and flag football. My deep passion for movement has followed me into my adult years and I love rollerskating, hiking, or just chilling at home with my kitty. If you find me working out on the floor, come say hi, I’d love to meet you! 
 
HEALTH & FITNESS PHILOSOPHY 
We are biologically made to move. As a trainer, I believe that movement is one of the essential keys to an abundant life. If you think about it, everything that we are made of wouldn’t function without movement; our hearts beating, our blood pumping, our lungs breathing. Movement gives us life, and I am dedicated to that mindset.
 
RESULTS
As you start to see results, showing up will get easier and more fun! I know that sometimes exercise can feel like a chore. (I feel that way some days, I get it!) I want to help change your mindset to see exercise as a privilege and a joy! It may be hard work at times, but the reward is so worth it!
 
IDEAL CLIENT
My ideal client is anyone who is ready to make a change, push themselves out of their comfort zone, and have fun! I take you and your goals seriously but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a good time along the way. If you’re ready to show up for yourself, I’ll help you with the rest!
