ABOUT After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Business, I thought I would follow the traditional corporate path. But I realized my calling wasn’t behind a desk, I wanted to show up for others in a more meaningful way. As a mom balancing work, family, and everyday life, strength training became my reset. Exercise also became a powerful way for me to manage stress and reconnect with myself, and I want others to experience that too. Outside of the gym, I enjoy painting and spending time with my daughter. I also love finding ways to make healthy food taste great. I believe balance matters, and nourishing your body should feel good, not restrictive. HEALTH & FITNESS PHILOSOPHY I believe health and fitness are about balance. Moving your body in ways that support physical strength and mental wellbeing. Real progress doesn’t come from extreme or random workouts, it comes from consistency, good movement, proper recovery, and nutrition that actually fit into your everyday life. To me, health is holistic. Is strength training important? Yes! But so are things like managing stress, regulating your nervous system, quality sleep, nourishing foods, and staying connected to people and things that bring you joy. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health. Everyone’s path looks a little different, and helping people find what works best for them is one of the things I love most about this work. RESULTS My goal is simple: help people get stronger, move better, and feel confident in their bodies. If you're willing to show up and put in the work, I'll help you build habits and a routine that fit into your life. IDEAL CLIENT My ideal client is ready to show up for themselves. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to rebuild confidence in your body, I’m here to support you in your journey!
