I was born and raised here in Skagit Valley. My fitness journey started right out of high school, with the sole intent of looking “toned.” As I learned more about fitness and nutrition, I learned that excessive amounts of exercise and undereating weren’t the answer. The deeper I got into fitness, my goals started to change and a passion was born. I love to strength train! Five years later, fitness and nutrition have become the center of my life. I plan to keep continuing my education, but for now, I want to share my knowledge and experiences with others; Not only helping them to reach their best physical state, but mental state as well.
Work Philosophy

There is no doubt that fitness takes work and consistency. But what better way to invest your time and effort than into your own health? Fitness looks different for everyone. There is such a wide variety of ways to move your body; there is surely one or two that every client can enjoy. Together, we will find those forms of exercise, develop a strong base in your training, and then progress each session. You will not only be one step closer to your goals everyday, but you’ll feel stronger and more confident.

My ideal client is someone willing to work hard for themselves and put their health first. There will always be days that you don’t feel as motivated, but if you can establish consistency within your training, you’re going to achieve your goals. You deserve to be the best version of yourself and I want to help you get there!
