As a U.S. Army veteran and marathon runner, I’m here to help you turn your goals into reality, whether that means building strength, losing weight, improving endurance, or just showing up for yourself again. I bring consistency, accountability, and real-life experience into every one-on-one session, supporting clients from all walks of life. We’ll start this journey together, step by step, toward your goals. About As a U.S. Army veteran, marathon runner, and a Washington resident, I am committed to helping my community grow stronger together. My fitness journey began with a desire to make sense of the overwhelming and often misleading information surrounding health and exercise. I became a certified personal trainer to offer real, science-based guidance to help people reach their goals confidently and effectively. My experience ranges from leading Physical Training (PT) sessions in the Army to being a soccer coach. At Riverside, I strive to create a supportive environment where everyone, regardless of background, feels empowered to take control of their health. Training Philosophy My training style is built on consistency, education, and accountability; values that I have lived by through experience in the military and now bringing to every client session. I want my clients to trust that what we’re doing is going to bring them closer to their goals. Every workout is intentional, built with their progress in mind. I believe real change comes from showing up, sticking to a plan, and having someone in your corner who’s committed to your success. I’ve made it a priority to keep my training science-based but also practical. I’ll always be honest with you: shortcuts don’t last. What lasts are support and a plan built around your actual life. That’s the kind of training I believe in and the kind that I bring to every single session. Ideal Client I enjoy working with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners and busy parents to retirees and returning athletes. I’m passionate about helping those who feel intimidated by the gym. I’ve been there myself, and I know how hard it can be to get started. I’ve also learned that everyone walks into the gym with the same goal: to better themselves. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your conditioning, or simply develop a routine, I’m here to support and guide you. Results When a client leaves a session with me, I want them to feel proud not just of what they did today, but of the progress they’re building for tomorrow. One of the most rewarding transformations I’ve helped a client achieve was learning to enjoy movement again. From once dreading exercise, they now embrace it as a vital and enjoyable part of their daily life. At Riverside, I want each client to feel like they belong. This is more than a gym; it’s a supportive community where we lift each other. The effort you put in here matters, and the results, both physical and mental, are worth it in the long run.
