About
I grew up in Bow, Wa where I played sport after sport all throughout my childhood. I had and still have a passion for running. I've always loved being in a gym! Now you can find me taking and teaching group fitness all week long!


Work Philosophy
I view health and fitness as a lifestyle, that being said achieving health and maintaining fitness are not easy for most people. That's where a personal trainer comes in. Having someone to engage and motivate you is a powerful experience. I believe in teaching proper form and movement training early on which will give you a strong start. From there I really stress the importance of progression. 


Ideal Client
I am confident in training clients at all fitness levels, with a wide range of goals and expectations. I love to push and motivate! My perfect client would be prepared to make a commitment, and ready to adapt into a new lifestyle. 


Results
I work with so many members at the club as a coach. I love coaching! As a trainer I've worked with a variety of fitness levels, and fitness goals.
