About
I was born in Washington and lived my younger years in Skagit Valley. After moving to many states found myself back in the Valley, where I now appreciate the beauty and all it has to offer. I enjoy all things outdoors. Boating, waterskiing, crabbing, hiking, snow shoeing and any adventure that comes my way. I also enjoy quiet time and curling up with a good book.

 
Health and Fitness Philosophy
I believe fitness is a lifelong journey, one that is exciting, rewarding and unique for each individual. I KNOW what it is like to struggle with the constant battle of weight gain, poor body image, stress, anxiety and lack of energy or motivation. I understand that “every body” is not created equal and if you are not happy with yourself, it is hard to be happy with anything else in life.

If you are needing motivation, maybe a push or a pull, dragging your feet to enter the gym for a workout, you are the person for me! Let me help you enjoy life again. Help you breathe easier, walk taller, feel healthier, more confident and to live your best life possible. I utilize a variety of training methods to create fun, energized work outs to achieve maximum results.

My Goal as a RHC Trainer
I am excited to see Who I can meet and motivate at RHC. I have had the opportunity over the years to help many on small goals and large. To overcome aches, pains and well-being issues. To help those move easier, feel less pain, accomplish their fitness goals and just have more energy in life. We can’t all go through life as athletes, but we can always be athletic. We can be ready to go when called by friends, children, or grandkids for fun.
