Name:
Matthew Clark
Qualifications:
ACE Personal Trainer Certification
ACE Orthopedic Specialist
About:
I moved to this area of WA in 2019 after living in KY for most of my life. I am an avid hiker and love being outdoors any chance I can. I grew up watching and playing sports but basketball was always my game of choice. I have been intrigued with health and fitness for most of my life. While living in KY I was a high school welding instructor and varsity basketball coach. It was then I realized my true passion of being in the health and fitness realm where I can be apart of teaching and helping others achieve success in accomplishing their health and fitness goals.
Health and Fitness Philosophy:
Being healthy and fit is mostly dependent upon the choices we make in our day to day lives. That said, it's not easy and it takes motivation, it takes discipline, it takes sacrifice and most of all it takes consistency. Exercise is not always fun, especially if you feel intimidated and overwhelmed with goals or ideas you have for yourself. My motto with fitness and health is that small incremental changes over a duration of time creates great and lasting success.
Ideal Client:
Anyone willing to help themselves live a healthier lifestyle. My clients have ranged from pre-teen to advanced age and everything in between.
My Goal as a RHC Trainer:
To help motivate and teach my clients how to lead a healthier life in the way of exercise and fitness. I am here to ensure you are taking the best approach in accomplishing your goals and to help you execute it with proper form and technique. Exercise makes me better at the things I enjoy doing most and it can do the same for you.
