FREE NUTRITION WORKSHOP

At Riverside Health Club, we are obsessed with helping you achieve the fitness goals that you set out to achieve. We know that exercise is a huge part of achieving your goals, but it's just one of the pieces of the greater picture. The other most vital elements of your success is nutrition. With so much competing information out there, we have decided to quiet the noise and provide you with a healthy, balanced, sustainable solution provided by world renown Mayo Clinic.

he last Thursday of every month at 7 pm we will have a Nutrition Class taught by Rhianna in the Green Room. Join us for this free workshop to learn about how your food can work for you, not against you. It's time to arm yourself with the tools to make a healthy change for good! No sign up is necessary, but feel free to contact Customer Service with any questions!
