Who is your toughest competitor? You are. Take the challenge on Challenge Wednesdays and show yourself who's boss. Each month, instructors will lead you through a new challenge that will launch you right over that hump day. Each week, you'll have the chance to beat your own scores from the week before. These instructor lead challenges are included with your membership and can be found on the group fitness schedule and the Ride schedule. Challenge Wednesday's happen at 5 am, 6:30 am, 9 am, 12:30 pm and 4 pm so there is no excuse. New to the group fitness schedule launching on September 23 - KALAHI!
Based on the structure of a championship MMA fight, this workout combines endurance, strength, power and core. Each class consists of a 5-Round Fitness system broken down into warm up, upper body, lower body, combo round and cool down/core. Each round incorporates both aerobic and anaerobic exercises that will maximize burning fat while gaining muscle. The Riverside Mudders trainers are not holding anything back.
