Riverside Extreme is a small group personal training class that focuses on strength through functional training, speed/agility training and explosive/power training. The class is designed to push you beyond your comfort level and get results using TRX suspension training along with a variety of functional training tools from kettle bells to cargo nets.
TRX Basics is designed to develop confidence while building strength, flexibility and endurance. You will be encouraged to push yourself, but pace yourself. Get to know the TRX suspension training system for a great full body workout.
