REFORMER TRAINING Reformer Pilates is a full body workout including detailed focus on breath utilization, stretching, and proper alignment. Plan to build strong body awareness, increase coordination, improve flexibility, and learn how to utilize your mind to intensify your workouts. These classes utilize the Reformer carriages developed by Joseph Pilates. Reformer Pilates is taught by a personal trainer in private and semi-private sessions.
