SMALL GROUP TRAINING Small Group Training classes allow an instructor to work closely with a small group of participants in a specialized area of instruction, making these sessions feel more like personal training with a group. CROSSFIT RHC CrossFit RHC is a small group personal training class that optimizes fitness by using varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Using a combination of barbell training, body weight gymnastics, and cardio, CrossFit prepares you for any physical contingency known and unknown.
RIVERSIDE EXTREME (RX) Riverside Extreme is a small group personal training class that focuses on strength through functional training, speed/agility training and explosive/power training. The class is designed to push you beyond your comfort level and get results using TRX suspension training along with a variety of functional training tools from kettlebells to cargo nets.
TRX BASICS TRX Basics is designed to develop confidence while building strength, flexibility and endurance. You will be encouraged to push yourself, but pace yourself. Get to know the TRX suspension training system for a great full body workout.
AERIAL Using the beauty of suspended aerial silks, you will experience a blend of flexibility, strength, and cardio as you stretch, dangle and fly. Use your silk hammock to assist you in both yoga and acrobatic poses as you defy gravity. These silks will help you find full range of movement, release tension, and heighten your mind-body connection. Allow your body to feel graceful, alive and refreshed!
REFORMER PILATES Reformer class is a full body workout including detailed focus on breath utilization, stretching, and proper alignment. Plan to build strong body awareness, increase coordination, improve flexibility, and learn how to utilize your mind to intensify your workouts. These classes utilize the Reformer carriages developed by Joseph Pilates.
ENDURANCE LEAGUE Endurance League is a small group class with a novel format. Rather than meeting as a group at set days and times, Endurance League puts you in head-to-head competition with other endurance athletes on your own schedule. Each week, Larry matches participants in pairs and assign you a competitive workout that you must complete together. Swim, Bike, Run, and strive to burn 1000 calories in one hour!
