This class will be useful to beginners who want to improve general fitness as well as people who are somewhat experienced with kettlebells and want to learn more exercises, especially the techniques of KB sport.
Kettlebells are excellent tools for developing strength, stability, and coordination. Use them for muscle stamina and cardiovascular endurance as well as speed & power development. KB sport requires accuracy and agility as well.
