About

I am a Washington resident born and raised. Riverside Health Club is where my fitness journey began. When I was young, I remember going to swim lessons then becoming a young adult member at age 13. I struggled with weight and anxiety as a child but found peace at the gym through exercise and movement. I admired the personal trainers working at the gym and was inspired by them. After graduating from Sedro Woolley High School, I pursued my studies at National Personal Training Institute of Bellevue Washington. While studying at NPTI, I certified and started teaching TRX classes at both RHC locations. I temporarily stepped away from training when I became a mother. Now, I have the opportunity to help other mothers feel confident as I strive to make a positive impact on the wellbeing of others.

Health and Fitness Philosophy 
I strongly believe that physical movement is essential for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Engaging in regular exercise not only improves overall well-being but also equips us with valuable skills that enable us to move with ease and safety in our daily lives. Whether it's pushing, pulling, or lifting objects, these movements are a part of our everyday activities. By learning and practicing the correct techniques in the gym, we can reap long-lasting benefits that extend far beyond our workout sessions. Embracing the correct way of movement can truly enhance our quality of life, ensuring a lifetime of comfort, strength, and vitality.

Ideal Client
If you are a new mom looking to regain confidence postpartum or a retiree seeking to improve your golf swing, I’d love to help you achieve your goals. My passion for exercise has led me to explore various indoor and outdoor activities. I developed a deep appreciation for diverse movements such as swimming, strength training, golf, and yoga. I am flexible and open to working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. With my hands-on in class training at NPTI, I learned to create programs for a variety of age groups and work around injuries. Designing customized workout programs for my clients is not only enjoyable but very rewarding for me.

My goal as a RHC Trainer 
When you step into the gym, I want you to leave all your worries behind and enter a space of pure joy. The gym should be a sanctuary, a place where happiness is contagious. My ultimate objective is for you to walk in with excitement, ready to push yourself and achieve your goals. When you leave, I want to see a radiant smile on your face, knowing that you've experienced the transformative power of movement. Witnessing your body accomplish remarkable feats and developing a deep love for physical activity is the most incredible achievement of all.

Certified in Kettlebell/Sling  
Certified in TRX/Stability  
Certified in Basic Nutrition
