RIVERSIDE EXTREME

​Riverside Extreme is a small group personal training class that focuses on strength through functional training, speed/agility training and explosive/power training. The class is designed to push you beyond your comfort level and get results using TRX suspension training along with a variety of functional training tools from kettle bells to cargo nets.

1 class/week = $49/month
2 classes/ week = $89/month
3 classes/ week = $119/month
4 classes/ week = $144/month
5 classes/ week = $164/month
