About

I was born and raised in Bellingham. I grew up playing basketball, football, track, and rugby. I believe we all have a purpose and mine is to help others find joy in all aspects of health and fitness. I always feel my best after a challenging workout and want others to experience that same sense of gratification of self-development.
 
Training Philosophy

As a performance specialist, I want others to perform their best, whether that is in their respective sport or everyday life. Fitness is a life-long endeavor, in some capacity, and is about longevity. Their is no quick-fix, only milestones along the way, and my goal is to educate my clients to become confident and self-sufficient in their journey.
 
Ideal Client

I want to work with individuals eager to learn. I might talk your ears off in the background during your workout about the why’s and how’s of a training program but if you absorbs just a bit here and there then I feel accomplished!
 
Results

I have worked with many individuals facilitating aesthetic and performance driven accomplishments. From gaining measurable strength and athletic improvements to positive body composition changes. Whether that means losing body fat, building lean muscle, or a combination of both, we use an actionable plan to track progress and reach our goals.
