I was born and raised in Skagit Valley. I grew up biking, playing basketball, running track, and wrestling. Training for these sports made me fall in love with weightlifting and strength training. I studied fitness in my own time and committed myself to it. I will always continue to further my education and learn more about it. My passion for fitness has made me realize that my life's purpose is to spread the knowledge that I have learned through studying, and experience to help people reach their fitness goals.
I believe that showing up for yourself is the best thing that you can do, and everyone's body is unique. I want to find what works for you to improve you physically, and mentally, build your confidence, and promote longevity. Through fun, goal-specific training I know that we can work together to make this happen!
My ideal client would be someone who is willing to put in the work, show up for themselves, and be able to push through the times when they’re not motivated.
