About
Born in Seattle, WA and raised in the Seattle area. Grew up a gym teacher’s daughter and was around sports all growing up. Played Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball and Track and Field in high school. Went on to play basketball and soccer at Dordt College. From there have had a passion for coaching athletes and teams. This translated to Personal Training, helping people achieve their fitness goals.
 
Work Philosophy

My style of training is custom tailored to each client. I pride myself in creating unique, integrative and goal orientated workouts that are fun, challenging and high energy.

My philosophy of health and fitness is continually working on creating a better version of you. Being the best you that you can be without wasting time on trying to be like someone else. Fitness is more than just the workouts you do and what your body looks like. Health is more than just a number on a scale. Health and Fitness together isn’t training for a special event, vacation or photo it is training for being better at life.

 
Ideal Client
Motivated, honest about realistic goals, wants to have fun while getting results and isn’t afraid of being pushed beyond their current state.
 
Results
Typical success is that my clients start change in their bodies. Fat loss, muscle gain and flexibility are the main gains in the first few months. This slowly changes into a better fitness level: cardiovascular, physical and mental. Lastly a better quality of life. Moving better, doing things they have not been able to do for months or years (running, skiing, burpees).  I truly celebrate each accomplishment with my clients and love see them live life to the fullest!
