Individual Design (ID) is our ALL IN personal training program. ID gives you a month's worth of training with a blend of in-person and virtual programming. We recommend ID for anyone looking for a major transformation.

- 2 in-person sessions with a month’s worth of personalized workout programs delivered through the Riverside Coach App.
- Ongoing goal tracking with your trainer.
- Fitness goes hand in hand with nutrition. ID gives you access to our meal planning tool. Make the most out of your workouts and fuel your body with the right food.
- Initial Month includes 1 consultation, 1 assessment, goal setting, and measurements.

4 in-person sessions & 1st month of workout programming.
