4 in-person sessions & 1st month of workout programming; including intake session, goal setting, baseline measurements, programmed weekly split, macronutrient guidance.

Ongoing: Progressing with Individual Design
2 in-person sessions and personalized workout programs with ongoing coaching and accountability through check-ins, ongoing communication, progress measurements, and program progression.
