IN PERSON TrainingWith one-on-one personal training sessions, your trainer will develop a workout just for you, taking your goals and current fitness profile into account. They will help you develop realistic goals, guide you along the path to long-term progress, answer your questions and give you instant feedback on exercise selection, movement quality, appropriate loads and intensity. Personal Training sessions are one hour long.

GROUP TRAINING CLASSESAt just $12/class, this is our most affordable training option. Group Training classes are limited in size and led by a personal trainer. Right now, we offer Riverside Extreme three times a week.
Riverside Extreme is a small group personal training class that focuses on strength through functional training, speed/agility training and explosive/power training. The class is designed to push you beyond your comfort level and get results using TRX suspension training along with a variety of functional training tools from kettle bells to cargo nets.
