I currently practice as a Certified Physician Assistant in the specialty of orthopedics and sports medicine. I obtained my initial bachelor’s degree in Biology and Sports Medicine from Eastern Washington University and became a Certified Athletic Trainer upon graduation. My passion for being a partner in achieving health led me to Oregon Health and Science University where I completed my education in physician assistant studies.
I’ve always enjoyed participating in sports, including football, tennis and wrestling while a high school and college student. I have completed multiple Ironman triathlon events and am always looking forward to the next one! Supporting student athletes is important to me, therefore I have volunteered my time at various high schools and colleges and continue to do so at Skagit Valley Community College and our local high schools.
I create personalized fitness and nutrition plans in order to empower individuals to look, feel and perform better. As your fitness coach, your goals become my goals. I enjoy getting to know my clients and customizing a plan that compliments where you are and where you want to be. While encouraging an open mindset, I provide guidance and accountability to your ambitions. We are in this together!
